Colour outside leaves other underdetermined remnant magic in never-ending eternity
A Beautiful October Time in Colour, Hehe
October is a time when the colour change is slow but profound and gives rise to the differences in nature.
The sun is out it’s a bit breezy too
But after all the rain
Everything is looking brand new
The hedges are quite bare
After a haircut by me
And despite it being October
The hedge is starting to green
The grass is gently growing and
Looking like a healthy, vibrant scene
The only thing wrong
With this are the trees
They are dropping their flippin’ leaves
And causing debris
They’ve enjoyed their splendour
But now the summer is done
We’re going into autumn
So that will be another job
On the list for fun
What with that and
The huge pidgeons too
That nest under the solar panels
On next door’s roof
Which also creates
Another chore for me
Because when they fly off
The whole lot of them leave
Bloomin’ big deposits
On my car,
So, it has to be cleaned
From Pidgeons to Farm Animals
The farm at the back has animals too
Their beds are huge
They’re also full of faecal matter
Yup, you got it, lots of pee and poo,
Monday is not a desirable day
The farmer moves without delay
They change the beds you see,
Get out the old and put fresh straw in
The smell is horrendous when they are cleaned
You don’t want to be anywhere near
Because you can really smell it
It makes you want to heave
And it doesn’t need to be seen
All that crap it flies through the air
That damned stinky stuff lands everywhere
It leaves a layer on everything
It dulls the shine on all the bling
As does their food
Which is all chopped up too
Corn on the cob stalks
That are stored
And then fed to the brood
When the farmer scoops it for
Breakfast and tea
All that dust rises into the air
And finds its way towards me
Then there’s the dust
From the straw and the hay
That also comes over my way
I know it sounds like a gruesome scene
But at this time of year
There’s not much that’s evergreen
The Colour of Winter Approaches
Now I’m waiting for the cold and snow
That quite often gives off an eerie glow
Especially at night you see
When everything is white
And very little else is left green
Now it’s getting colder and
There’s still some salad for me
With the addition of mash and burgers
Or maybe something similar
That’s not too boring
For my tastebuds hehe
Something enjoyable and filling
With possibly a sweet chilli sauce
To give it a tiny bit of zing
Oh yes, that’s hot enough for me
Anything hotter or stronger
And wowee,
It tastes disgusting
And makes me heave
Time For a Cup of Tea
Oh well, that’s all for today
I’d best get ready for tomorrow’s foray
When it’ll be exciting to see
What Mother Nature has left for me
Now I’m off for my cup of tea,
Then I’ll sit outside on the swing and
Watch the ever-changing scene
