Boundary | This is dog invasion and stinky deposits here

The Boundary Breach with Deposits Uninvited

Boundary: A small irritation in the guise of a miniature Jack Russell which despite all partial attempts by my neighbours still invades my garden and deposits it’s bodily functions. Whilst I could patch up all the tiny holes on my side of my boundary it is actually their responsibility to keep their dog penned in not mine. Despite them complaining that my fencing is broken because their dog digs its way underneath BUT the decorative fencing does what it was put there for, to keep my dog enclosed in my garden which is my responsibility!

Under the Boundary

Well, I’ve seen my neighbour’s dog
Over here again
He pops in my garden without refrain,
Leaves a deposit and then is gone
Several times I’ve told my neighbour
Only to be told
“He couldn’t have been, he’s been with me”
Just brushed it off in disbelief

I already know when he’s been in,
My dog acts quite differently
When venturing out in the garden for a pee
If he’s not been here,
She’s out, peed and in again
But if he’s been in then it’s quite plain
It’s like a mammoth journey
Sniffing every leaf and grass blade

That’s evidentiary and quite plain
That damned dog has been here again
I have mentioned it several times before
Trying to sort it out without furore
She categorically denied he’d been in mine

“He’s been with us all the time”
I know he hasn’t,
I’ve glimpsed him on occasion
But that’s not a rarity
Although no photo so far as proof from me
I’ve got flimsy fencing beside the hedge here
Mine respect that fence
And don’t stray through there

Because as inquisitive and shouty they may be
That’s more than I’d tolerate, believe
For more than a decade it’s done the job
Keeping my dogs with me,
Never straying next door
It’s kept my dogs in
And theirs out very well diligently

He Sneaks In

But then they got a much more inquisitive
Miniature Jack Russell puppy
That found its way under the fencing to mine
He’s had this sneaky habit for quite a while
Now hopefully with a little guile
I’m hopefully looking forward
To dulling his smile

I feel like a grouch,
But cleaning up their dog’s deposits
Is irritating and disgusting
Considering I’ve done
What was expected of me
Having fencing in place
To stop mine wandering free

To keep my dogs in that was the aim,
It still works so they can’t complain
But their little dog gets through to me
I’ve told them that to keep him in
Is their responsibility
They took the old fence down
Because it was tatty, most definitely
That was when they had their garden
Partially renovated you see

Due to impending posh visitors,
Couldn’t let them see
That untidy fence,
Oh no, it was old,
Disgusting and not to be seen
But it served a purpose,
To keep all their dogs in

Proof of the Pudding

Now though, I have
That photographic proof they need
I have that photo, I’m not mad, no siree
I’m extremely pleased and hopefully
Before I mention it again
They may decide to stop his game
It’s all shenanigans you see
With him stepping through my boundary
And to replace that old fence
To keep him in would be fantastic for me

I have since seen him several times
When he’s come over to visit mine
I’ve even gotten photos
That show him quite clearly,
I think that it just might be that
I’m starting to pee them off
Thankfully

I even mentioned if it were me
Then they would be shouting diligently
To which the husband agreed
So hopefully in the near future
It may be sorted by them instead of me
Well, if they do, I will surely be
Extremely pleased.

Timely Intervention

Now I think it’s time for a nice cup of tea
A sit on the swing seat
And mull over the next move for me,
Ahhh, bliss, a lovely cup of
Decaffeinated tea . . .
