I’ve got a query, as you do, of all the authors and poets too
Just wondering how you manage to get through
All of your Website uploading and mastery clues
When you’re also creating all of your delicious poetry
I must admit, I’m struggling here
I got breakfast sorted
Only for everything else to appear
Popping the washing in the machine
Then writing a few poems for everyone to read
A good couple of hours later
Then time for a biscuit and a cup of tea
Washing done, out on the line
The weather’s fine, so won’t take long to dry
Back to the notepad and pen for me
More poem writing until 10.30
Shopping then is high on the list
There’s always lots to do, if you get my gist.
I haven’t even tidied or vacuumed through
I’m completely knackered, what about you
How do you find time to get it all done
There I am now, back home.
Putting away provisions, it’s quite quick you see,
There’s not much to do
Because I only bought for me
And of course, the other three
To continue the query . . .
Once that’s all done, I feel relieved
I sat down with a cup of tea
Time for typing, checking
Uploading to ColourMine for me
I’ve made sure everything is fabulous to read
Checked the title, length, everything is important to me
So, I write my own SEO meta description clearly
Then the focus keyword, emotional, power words too
I’ve got to consider it all you see, to give Google a buzz
When it checks out ColourMine for everything
For keywords, tags, basically everything mastery
Another thing included is good readability
Then hopefully, once the final check is done
The poem published
You can all clap your hands with glee
Because ColourMine is waiting
Full of expectancy for you to discover and read
About my everyday life, hehe
Well, now it’s 10 pm, everything’s loaded you see
That’s not bad considering I got up
Then began my day at about 5.30
At 6 pm, I stopped for something to eat
To feed the animals fairly quickly
Then I continued on ColourMine
To get it all sorted for you to read
Another day begins . . .
It won’t be long now until it’s time
For that dreaded early hour for me
I’ll be up to begin my day, at possibly 3
I really don’t see
How you get all this lot completed
When you have a large family
And I barely have time to shower or eat
With all of this and only me
It’s a wonder it hasn’t driven me
To the edge of insanity
I just about manage to get
All the daily stuff done,
Oh, woe is me, why don’t I have time for fun
The pets, garden, house, website and all the poetry
That barely leaves any time at all
For any enjoyment for little ole me
Now I’ve decided to go grab a drink
My notepad and my AssTea
To write about my experience
So, I can whinge about my day
To anyone who will listen to me
And who, you may ask, is AssTea
Hmmm, AssTea, well, best you read
My previous explanatory poem
About my latest poetry pen friend, hehe
