Fantasy: A depiction of an idea that takes shape when the mind wanders only to be thwarted by normal everyday life where fantasy meets reality and loses but it isn’t all bad because the compensation is a semi-rural existence.
Fantasy or Freedom
This is purely imaginary, confirming freedom when deciding on a future which maps out likes, loves and choices of companionship.
Fantasy Man
Well, it’s into the realms of fantasy
I’ve got a new man, hehe
He is so perfect in every way
He keeps out of my way all day
Then by night is enjoyed by me
After I have cooked and cleaned
For him and me
It’s always nice to be
Kissed and cuddled,
What a treat
Then we plan what we will do
Every night this week
Then from Friday to Monday
Oh, how sweet
Well, I know what that will entail for me
Sitting here writing more poems you see
There’s Always a Choice
Because no I don’t watch the bloomin’ tele
And it’s too cold for me
To be going out the garden
Oh, no siree
And my man, well,
He’s just a fantasy
He was dreamt up,
Just make believe
Smart Choice
There’s no-one on earth
Who would be daft enough
To be with me
That man probably
Isn’t even born yet
I don’t think
But if he is then
He’s probably living
A long way from me
And probably wouldn’t have the guts
To say he wants to be with me
So, I’m enjoying time on my own
And that’s alright by me
Because at least I don’t have to be
A servant to anyone except
My animals, well that’s a relief
Tea and Nature’s View
Now I think it’s time for a cup of
Decaffeinated tea,
A sit on the swing and
Mull over what I next shall do
To give everything
A good chance to bloom
Blooming to me
Is to be totally free
To do whatever I’d like to do
Whether it’s shopping, sleeping or
Even a bit of sightseeing
In the locality
Enjoying nature’s view
Well, that’s good enough for me
And, now, well,
Now I’m enjoying sipping
Local to Me
From my flask, a cup of tea
Looking over at the nice view
Kemsing,
What a beautiful sight to be seen
I’m so lucky to live near
This extraordinary place
Which is full of beauty and grace
With some cattle mooching about
Just along the way
And would you believe,
We’re not far you see
From Wrotham mast
And the M20
Well, that’s far enough for me
To travel to go sightseeing
So, now, goodbye
I’m on my way
Me, AssTea and Fantasy
I’m going back home
Just me, for another cup of tea
To sit down with my pen AssTea
Where I will write more
Of my descriptive poetry
And cuddle up to my fantasy man,
Oh, Whooptidee
This is definitely the life for me
Hehe
