Books
Books: Gathered over many years and now overlooked for various reasons, one being read and discarded and now freewriting own poems to enhance the people and literary world of many variances of ordinary everyday topics that may arise.
Books of Many Variations and Genres
All of us books
That the lady of the house
Doesn’t even read
Not sure why she keeps us
Although we do plead
We think she’s going to get rid of us soon
Because we’re all bagged
And dumped around the room
In an untidy manner for everyone to see
Not even got time for
Oh, woe is me
We’ll wait here until that day
And then we will beg to stay
All kinds of novels, romance,
Suspense and thrillers are we
Personally,
I’ve considered maybe she was
Looking for something you can’t see
But no never mind
We are content to be here
and are hoping
When the lady of the house has finished
With her poem writing
Bagged and Scattered
She’ll remember we’re here
To keep here amused
And full of good cheer
If we’re lucky she may even
Bring in some more
From the local charity store
They have them on shelves
And even in baskets and boxes
On the floor
There are all types of genres to see
From educational like languages, maps
And sites to see
Then there are other types
She might like to consider you see
Like learning like drawing or photography
There is lots of variety you see
But she seems to like
What is She Looking For
Different things, like romance and intrigue
With all kinds of detectives
Searching merrily
For a lost person or murderer
Although sometimes she has seen
Another book to help
With her ColourMine theme
Enticing and showing her
The best way to be
Showcasing her poems just like me
She has found recently
Some digital books
Good for enticing her dream
Then she’s got one on photography
That made her beam
Because she just aims and shoots
Nothing fancy you see
Just uses her phone camera
And Whopptedoo
It’s all there to be seen,
And then she just takes a look
Whilst she grabs a cup of tea
Then adds it to her post
Most diligently
Reminder of Her Obligations
Courtesy of WordPress and Yoast
For reminding her of that obligatory
Idea that she needs to enhance me
Her fabulous poem,
Even if I’m about books that are waiting
For her to remember
We’re here to be eventually seen
Oh, there she goes again,
Off to make another cup of tea.
